JYSK Denmark celebrate "Great Place to Work" certification.
Ten countries, including Germany, France, Italy, and Greece, received the prestigious "Top Employer" certification. JYSK Spain, Denmark, and Finland were recognised as a "Great Place to Work", while the UK and Ireland earned the "Inspiring Workplace" title. Forbes also ranked JYSK among the "World's Best Employers", with additional national awards in countries such as Poland, Ukraine, Sweden, and Romania.
JYSK Italy stood out with a dual recognition for both "Top Employer Italy" and "Certification of Gender Equity", while JYSK Switzerland secured two accolades including "Bester Arbeitgeber".
Camilla Ölander, Head of Talent Acquisition, stated that employee satisfaction remains the priority, with the 2024 internal survey showing a 75/100 job satisfaction score across all countries. 'The most important thing is that our people are motivated and satisfied.'
