SoCoo'c builds momentum in Paris region with new Vincennes store

SoCoo'c, part of the Fournier Group (Mobalpa, Perene, Hygena, Delpha), has opened a new franchised store in Vincennes, marking a key step in its continued expansion across Île-de-France. The 140 sq m site, located at 43 Avenue de Paris, launched on 5 June and is one of the largest interior design stores in the area.

Franchisee Jérôme Lépine, a long-time partner of SoCoo'c since 2008, leads the new store. With a background in sales and a shared venture with his brother, who has expertise in cabinetmaking, they opened one of France's first SoCoo'c stores in Montévrain. Lépine described the concept as "a clever, French offering at the right price".

The Vincennes outlet follows SoCoo'c's latest "HOP" concept, featuring six model kitchens and the "SoCoo'c Café" to promote transparency and co-design with customers. A two-person team is already in place, with recruitment ongoing.

The brand has identified around 25 further opening opportunities in the region, with several launches expected in 2025 and 2026. Management confirmed SoCoo'c is targeting both ZACs and high-street locations and is actively seeking new franchisees to meet growing demand.
