Jensen brings extensive retail and leadership experience, having most recently served as CEO of National Express UK, Ireland & Germany. She also held senior roles at BP, including Divisional CEO and Global Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing retail transformation across 15 markets.

Chair of the Board Paul Forman praised her "proven record of value creation" and expressed confidence in her ability to support the Group's "Mission 365" strategy. Jensen stated she is "thrilled" to join at such a pivotal moment and is committed to unlocking the company's growth potential.

In a parallel change, CFO Stephen Hopson will depart to join Marston's Plc. He will be succeeded on an interim basis by Mike Killick, a seasoned CFO with experience at companies including Pod Point, Restore, and Thorntons. A search for a permanent CFO will begin under Jensen's leadership.

The Board extended thanks to both outgoing executives, acknowledging their contributions to the business.
