IKEA has opened its third Planning and Ordering Studio in Warsaw, located at the Promenada Shopping Centre. The new 104 m² space, including 77 m² of commercial area, offers customers personalised support for planning interiors such as kitchens, wardrobes, and living spaces. Visitors can consult IKEA designers, book assembly services, and order products from the brand's full range, with options for home delivery or collection.

This expansion is part of IKEA's broader multi-channel strategy, aimed at meeting the growing demand for convenient, locally accessible services. The new studio joins existing sites at CH Wola Park and Westfield Mokotów, reinforcing IKEA's presence in the Polish capital.
According to Michał Brzeziński, Multi-Channel Distribution Network Development Leader at IKEA Retail in Poland, the studio reflects the brand's ambition to be "as close to our customers as possible" while delivering solutions "adapted to the everyday needs" of Warsaw's residents.
Since 2021, IKEA has been steadily developing this format, with 15 studios now operating across Poland. The company is also investing in digital tools and logistics to ensure a consistent customer experience, whether shopping online, in-store, or at a planning studio.
