The ribbon-cutting ceremony welcomed Rosewood's global leadership, city officials, and creative partners. Founder Piet Boon and co-founder Karin Meyn represented the studio, joining Rosewood CEO Sonia Cheng, Managing Director Thomas H., and Amélie Strens, Chair of the City Centre District. A symbolic key handover from Strens to Cheng underscored the property's integration into the cultural and civic heart of Amsterdam.

Studio Piet Boon was responsible for the complete interior design of the hotel, including its 134 guest rooms, public areas, and the Asaya Spa. The design merges the city's historic character with modern sophistication, reflecting Rosewood's "A Sense of Place®" philosophy and the studio's commitment to timeless elegance.

Rosewood Amsterdam is the hotel group's 38th global property and a new landmark in Dutch hospitality, offering a seamless blend of heritage and contemporary design in the heart of the city.
