Sofa Club has announced the passing of its Co-Founder, Louis, at the age of 35 following a prolonged and courageous battle with cancer. Louis faced the disease three times, demonstrating what the company described as "grit, determination and bravery". His resilience and unwavering spirit were deeply admired by all who knew him.

Louis is survived by his wife Hannah and their children Harper, Leo and Lebron, who were described as "his absolute world".
In 2012, Louis co-founded Sofa Club with his best friend Tom. With only £5,000 and a bold vision, they entered one of the UK's most competitive markets. By 2025, their brand had grown into one of the country's fastest-growing sofa companies, known for transforming the sofa shopping experience.
The company noted that Louis leaves behind "a record-breaking year" and a committed team ready to carry forward his legacy. The business will continue to build on the foundations he helped create, guided by the same determination and strength he embodied.
Sofa Club said it would honour his memory by continuing the work he began, concluding the message with the words: "One Life 💙".
The editors of InteriorDaily wish his relatives, friends and Sofa Club colleagues much strength with this loss.
