The full lot of Kiune, encompassing both property and movable assets, has a total base value of €1,822,550, with a minimum bid set at €1,564,295. The warehouse alone, measuring 5,828 square metres, carries a base value of €1,721,700, and bidding starts at €1.2 million. Equipment and other movable assets are valued separately at €100,850.

The auction, conducted via Leilosoc.com, allows for bids either in separate lots or as a combined purchase. According to Article 270 of the Insolvency and Business Recovery Code (CIRE), the property and assets are exempt from IMT (Municipal Property Transfer Tax) and Stamp Duty.

Kiune, formerly known as Cozimafra Prestige Lda, was established in 2016 and specialised in the design, manufacture and sale of home furniture, with both domestic and international market presence. The auction represents one of the final opportunities to acquire the assets of the defunct company.
