Kim Kardashian and interior design firm Clements Design have settled a legal dispute with the Judd Foundation regarding the alleged promotion of counterfeit Donald Judd furniture. The case stemmed from a 2022 YouTube video posted by Kardashian, which featured tables and chairs claimed to be by the late artist. The video, which garnered over 3.6 million views, showcased replicas of Judd's La Mansana Table and Chair 84.

The Judd Foundation, which preserves the artist's legacy, sued in March 2024, alleging that Kardashian falsely identified the pieces as authentic Judd designs. In the video, Kardashian described the furniture as "Donald Judd" and praised its minimalist style.
A settlement was reached in June 2025. While terms were not publicly disclosed, it has been reported that Kardashian now owns genuine Donald Judd-designed furniture. The original video was removed following the legal challenge.
The Judd Foundation maintains that accurate attribution of Judd's designs is essential to protecting the artist's work and reputation. The resolution underscores the ongoing issues surrounding design authenticity and celebrity influence in the high-end furniture market.
