German furniture manufacturer Zeitraum returns to 3daysofdesign this 18–20 June with a presentation that weaves the past and future through solid wood, textile architecture, and sculptural minimalism. Located within the historic Odd Fellow Palace, Zeitraum's exhibition invites the interior design and furniture industry to explore how sustainable craftsmanship and contemporary restraint can reshape the material language of modern interiors.

Renowned for its pioneering role in combining ecological responsibility with modern design since 1990, Zeitraum continues to push the boundaries of natural materiality. 'Sustainability is not a trend but a fundamental corporate philosophy,' states the brand. With solid hardwoods from renewable sources and a no-chemicals approach to treatment, Zeitraum's commitment is as tangible as its craftsmanship. Its products are modular and highly repairable, ensuring long-term value across both contract and residential sectors.
At the core of the 2025 showcase are two new launches: the Sit Webbing chair and the Turntable High table, each reflecting Zeitraum's belief in 'furniture where reduction becomes precision, and craftsmanship brings vitality.'
The SIT Webbing, designed with a woven cotton belt, embodies 'textile lightness with structural clarity.' It offers visual delicacy paired with solid stability, a synergy of heritage weaving techniques and architectural intent.
Meanwhile, Turntable High, developed by Munich-based Formstelle, stands as 'a quiet dialogue between function and form, movement and tranquillity.' This bar-height evolution of the original Turntable reflects an 'archaic form, refined in expression,' becoming both a sculptural and functional presence in a room.
Visitors will enter a scenography where 'textile surfaces shape the architecture, creating openness, depth, and new lines of sight.' The exhibition is as much a sensory landscape as a product showcase, underscoring how material tactility and thoughtful construction contribute to atmosphere and identity.
This offering is complemented by the Pelle Cord chair by Lorenz+Kaz, featuring a hand-braided seat made of waxed paper cord. 'The characteristic weave gives the chair a high level of seating comfort without the need for additional padding,' offering ergonomic value through simplicity.
Zeitraum's display positions the brand not just as a furniture maker, but as a quiet force within the evolving dialogue on material sustainability, form, and lasting beauty in interior design.
