Weronika Jakubowska began her professional career in the customer service department of one of the companies in the food industry. Thanks to her exceptional skills in building relationships with customers, she was quickly promoted to the position of regional sales manager.

She has been working with the Grupa MTP for 4.5 years. Most of the exhibitors of the MEBLE POLSKA Fair know her very well. From the very beginning of her job at the fair, with the support of Project Director Józef Szyszka, she has been co-creating this project, being responsible for sales and relations with exhibitors. Weronika is simultaneously active in the team organizing the TAROPAK Międzynarodowe Targi Techniki Pakowania i Etykietowania packaging industry trade fair.
The new deputy director emphasizes that working with people is her true passion and she can't imagine her career without direct contact with customers. - I am a good team player and I believe that we can achieve common goals only when the team understands its tasks and its members motivate and support each other. The most effective cooperation is one in which everyone feels comfortable and at ease," stresses Weronika Jakubowska. In her opinion, good relationships are the key to success.
Privately, Weronika Jakubowska is interested in psychology - not only in a business context. She enjoys traveling and spending her free time actively. She is a mother of 16-year-old twin daughters, which, she admits, has taught her how to effectively manage various resources.
