The acquisition integrates ArrowXL into the €1.2 billion Groupe Jacky Perrenot and its B2C-focused brand JP HOME, which aims to redefine bulky-goods delivery across Europe.
ArrowXL will continue to operate independently, maintaining its existing senior leadership team and honouring its investment commitments for 2025. With over 170 depots across France, Spain, Portugal, and the Benelux region, the deal opens cross-border delivery opportunities for UK retailers while preserving ArrowXL's strengths in two-person home delivery, warehousing, and customer service.
Charlie Shiels, CEO of ArrowXL, welcomed the acquisition, stating it ensures future security and aligns with the company's values, particularly in sustainability and service excellence. Philippe Cuoc, CEO of Jacky Perrenot Group, expressed strong support for ArrowXL and affirmed continued investment to strengthen its leading position.
He added that the acquisition supports the group's ambition to create an international bulky B2C delivery solution and provides a strategic foothold in the UK, Europe's largest e-commerce market.
