Presented during the Mobalpa Congress held from 20 to 22 May 2025 at Hôtel Royal in Évian-les-Bains, the vision was led by brand director Laurent Raymond. Themed "Elevation 2030", the event brought together 270 participants to align around two core priorities: made-to-measure living and business elevation.
"Custom-made solutions" are now the brand's flagship offering, complementing its historic kitchen expertise. This shift responds to growing demand for personalisation, modularity, and ageing-in-place solutions, amid shrinking living spaces. Raymond stated: 'Mobalpa is a pioneering brand that will once again meet societal challenges by embracing its time.'
The concept of "elevation" was addressed in three dimensions: operational and strategic growth in both France and key international markets (Spain, Belgium, Switzerland); a stronger media presence with multi-channel campaigns throughout 2025; and deeper support for franchisees to foster entrepreneurial spirit.
Participants also toured Mobalpa's latest factory, the 20,000 m² "U8B" facility in Alex, near the group's headquarters in Thônes. The site is dedicated entirely to producing custom fittings.
Raymond concluded the event by stating: 'We are going to enhance our offering, enhance our tools, enhance our teams, enhance our consumer promise, and enhance ourselves together.'
Mobalpa reported €398 million in turnover for 2024, operating through 272 stores, including 38 internationally. Improving customer satisfaction, particularly its Net Promoter Score, remains a key focus moving forward.
