Swyft brings stylish simplicity to Ireland

Swyft, the UK-based furniture brand known for its quick-assembly sofas, has officially launched in the Republic of Ireland, continuing its European expansion. The move follows a successful entry into the German market earlier this year.

Founded in 2019 by Keiran Hewkin and Paul Fielden, Swyft has grown rapidly with its promise of furniture that is "effortless, timeless, and a true reflection of who you are". In 2024 alone, the company processed over 30,000 orders and reported a 13% year-on-year revenue increase.

CEO Keiran Hewkin said Ireland felt like a "natural next step" after growing customer interest. 'We kept getting asked by people in Ireland when we were launching, and it's finally happened,' he stated. He added that Swyft's mission is to 'help more people create spaces they love, faster and with less hassle'.

While initial delivery times in Ireland will be slightly longer than in the UK due to shipping logistics, Swyft aims to improve this by holding stock locally. The full product range is now available to Irish customers, with competitively fast delivery still a key focus.

Looking ahead, Swyft plans to nearly double its product lines in 2025 and is considering partnerships with Irish retailers. This approach mirrors its success with UK outlets such as John Lewis & Partners and over 20 independent stockists.

The expansion underscores Swyft's ambition to make furniture more accessible and user-friendly across Europe.
