Trends Up West breaks record with over 300 exhibitors and 450+ brands

Trends Up West is gearing up for its seventh edition and is set to be bigger than ever before, featuring a record number of exhibitors, brands and international participation. From 28 to 30 June 2025, the lifestyle show will once again demonstrate the creative strength of the consumer goods industry at the Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf.

With over 300 exhibitors and more than 450 brands, Trends Up West is reaching new heights within its own event series. The entire exhibition space, 15,000 square metres across two halls, is fully booked. International participation has also surpassed previous years, sending a strong signal that Trends Up West is becoming an increasingly vital source of inspiration for retailers in Western Germany and beyond.

'The overall package, a diverse and inspiring mix of brands, a unique location, excellent accessibility, and a high-quality visitor experience, is what makes TRENDS UP WEST so special,' explains project manager Christian Kasch. 'Both exhibitors and visitors are already looking forward to the event. In light of current upheavals in the retail landscape, the industry clearly values opportunities for personal exchange more than ever.'

A special highlight of this year's edition is the focus on the Netherlands, a country known for its innovative design and stylistic diversity. Making its debut is the joint stand Dutch Tides, which underscores the show's growing international relevance. Featuring six trend-savvy Dutch brands, Ompak, Loopvis, Riverstones, Rotpot, By B+K and Koda Amsterdam – the stand showcases what the Netherlands has to offer. 'We'll also be stepping up our visitor marketing efforts in the Benelux region accordingly,' adds Kasch.

Trends Up West is an event created by entrepreneurs from within the industry: Willo Blome (blomus) launched the concept together with Florian Burghard (sompex) and Marco Hübecker (fleur ami). Their vision: to create a platform that is not organised externally, but emerges from entrepreneurial insight and evolves as the TUW community grows.

The show once again builds on its successful themed areas: Home, Deco & Fashion, Gift & Paper, Cook, Eat & Drink, and Outdoor & Living. A traditional highlight is the Saturday evening, when the focus shifts to relaxed networking between exhibitors and retail partners.

When it comes to value, Trends Up West remains consistent: despite rising overhead costs, pricing remains stable. Exhibitors can purchase visitor codes at a discounted rate of €10 per ticket. The regular ticket price is €20. Digital tickets are available now via the official ticket shop. Early registration ensures a smooth arrival and streamlined on-site access. Included in the visit is a premium catering package, featuring breakfast, hot lunch snacks, coffee and cake.

Preparations are underway for what promises to be an inspiring early summer event. The digital exhibitor catalogue, already over 500 pages strong, provides a comprehensive overview of the offering and can be accessed here.
