ITALAMP marked its 50th anniversary this year, celebrating a distinguished legacy in lighting design defined by craftsmanship, innovation, and aesthetic refinement. At Euroluce 2025, the brand paid tribute to five decades of design excellence by unveiling new works and revisiting the journey that made it a pillar of the lighting industry.

The exhibition reflected ITALAMP's enduring commitment to fusing technological exploration with artisanal tradition. For half a century, the company "passionately interpreted the magic of light," translating its philosophy into evocative collections that speak to both heritage and contemporary design language.
Among the most compelling novelties presented was HALO, a striking suspension lamp designed by Stefano Traverso. Measuring 105 cm in diameter and 32 cm in height, HALO was designed to merge "contemporary aesthetics and craftsmanship" into a singular sculptural form. The piece featured a metal structure available in satin bronze or matt midnight grey, complemented by micro-rimmed glass panes offered in satin white, satin teak, and satin smoke. These glass elements delivered "a sophisticated appearance and a soft, enveloping light diffusion."
The carefully engineered diffusers ensured even distribution of light, producing "a warm and welcoming atmosphere." Its adjustable height and wide span made it versatile for diverse settings, from private interiors to contract spaces. With HALO, ITALAMP once again demonstrated its ability to create "a perfect balance between functionality and essential, contemporary design."
Described as embodying ITALAMP's core vision, HALO stood out as "both a work of art and a lighting tool whose style is timeless." The launch reinforced the brand's continued pursuit of innovation, even as it reflected on a rich history of design achievements.
As ITALAMP looked ahead to the future, its Euroluce showcase stood as a glowing testament to five decades of creative evolution — driven by the spirit of exploration, the excellence of Italian manufacturing, and a deep reverence for the poetry of light.
