Noz is going to sell millions of home accessories from bankrupt CASA

French discount retailer Noz has announced the arrival of 6.5 million decorative items and furniture pieces from the well-known home décor brand CASA, following the chain's liquidation in Belgium. Products will be sold at up to 60% off original prices across Noz stores throughout France.

This substantial stock includes occasional furniture, tableware, candles, cushions, lighting, and compact storage units, items that contributed to CASA's popularity in the homeware market. Noz described it as 'a great opportunity to refresh your interior without breaking the bank.'

The products are expected to arrive in stores progressively from mid-May to mid-July, with specific dates varying by location. Customers can check for local availability via Noz's Facebook pages or individual store profiles.

This is not the first time Noz has offered large-scale discounted stock from prominent brands. In 2024, it sold over a million items from Esprit and acquired products from Minelli, reinforcing its model of repurposing surplus or liquidation inventories for the French consumer market.

Noz's business strategy of reclaiming unsold premium goods has appealed to value-conscious shoppers, especially during times of economic uncertainty. The move also subtly aligns with sustainable consumption trends by giving unsold stock a new lease on life.

While CASA's exit from the Belgian market marks the end of an era, its products will continue to find homes across France, this time through the aisles of Noz.
