Maison de la Literie, a leading bedding retailer in France, has expanded its presence with the opening of two new stores in Kingersheim (Haut-Rhin) and Saint-Priest (Rhône). These openings are part of the brand's ongoing growth strategy centred on a new store concept focused on comfort, design, and French craftsmanship.

The Kingersheim store, spanning 420m², opened on 8 February under the management of Sébastien Sodter, an experienced entrepreneur in the furniture industry. The Saint-Priest outlet, 316m² in size, opens on 17 May and is operated by Jean-Pierre Cot and his son Julien, representing the Cot family group.
Both locations feature a refined customer experience, guiding visitors through immersive displays of high-end bedding, sofas, and accessories. The stores prominently showcase Maison de la Literie's French brands, Ducal Literie and ONEA, known for their premium materials such as wool, silk, and cashmere, hand-tufted finishes, and a range of comfort options.
In addition to bedding, the stores now offer decorative products including mirrors, lamps, and bedside tables. This broader range supports consumer demand for holistic home well-being and can contribute up to 20% in additional revenue.
These store openings also reflect the strength of Maison de la Literie's franchise model, which is targeting 200 retail locations by 2028. Ten new franchise openings are already planned for 2025, underlining the brand's ambition to strengthen its national footprint while promoting French artisanal excellence.
