Miele has opened a new "Miele Experience Center" at the Westfield Parly 2 shopping centre in Chesnay, France. Launched on 25 April 2025, the 100 m² showroom offers a comprehensive display of Miele's premium appliances, including products for cooking, laundry, dishwashing, refrigeration, and floor care, along with accessories and consumables.

This marks Miele's fifth Experience Center in France, joining existing locations in Paris (Boulevard Malesherbes and Rue du Bac), Nice (Cap 3000), and Toulouse. Positioned on level 0 of the busy Parly 2 mall, which recorded nearly 12 million visitors in 2024, the new centre targets both individual customers and professionals such as architects, kitchen designers, and authorised resellers.
According to Estelle Le Mouëllic, "Manager of Own Retail Area" at Miele France, the success of the Nice Cap 3000 store validated the choice of Parly 2 for expansion. 'It aligns perfectly with our target consumers and allows us to benefit from high footfall,' she said.
The showroom promises a "premium experience" through hands-on interaction with the products and advice from an "expert and qualified" Miele team. Laurent Teychenne, manager of the new centre, said the physical space enables a "complete sensory immersion" essential for high-end product purchases.
Beyond retail, the centre acts as a professional hub, providing support and training to Miele's partners and resellers. The aim is to enhance sales of high-value appliances and foster deeper customer engagement.
Founded in 1899, Miele operates in nearly 100 countries and reported €5.04 billion in sales for 2024, with 70% generated outside Germany. The company employs 23,500 people globally, including 11,300 in Germany, and maintains headquarters in Gütersloh, North Rhine-Westphalia.
