In the heart of Rotterdam, a striking penthouse is up for sale, and not just from anyone. Professional footballer Memphis Depay has put his spacious apartment on the fortieth floor of a residential tower in the Maas city up for sale, reports Bekende Buren.

For an asking price of €4,950,000, the buyer gets a generous living space of no less than 512 square meters, divided into six rooms, including four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Luxury amenities such as a jacuzzi and a sauna complete the picture. But perhaps the most impressive is the panoramic view over the city.
Depay bought the penthouse a few years ago for almost €2.5 million and took out a mortgage of just under two million euros. With the current selling price, he seems to be aiming for a profit of approximately €2.5 million.
