Flavours in focus: Nordstil unveils Gourmet Boulevard to elevate retail inspiration

From 26 to 28 July 2025, Nordstil Summer will transform the upper levels of Halls B1 and B2 into a vibrant culinary showcase with the debut of its brand-new Gourmet Boulevard. This curated promenade of flavours will unite premium delicacies, beverages, and lifestyle accessories to offer trade visitors a sensorial journey and a powerful source of retail inspiration.

For the first time, all exhibitors from the Kitchen & Gourmet segment will be presented together in a dedicated, easily navigable space. The concept is designed to enhance sourcing efficiency while maximising visual and thematic coherence. 'Here, ordering becomes an experience: trade visitors can stroll past exquisite delicacies, aromatic tea blends, premium chocolates, creative spirits and fine lifestyle products,' say organisers.

From sweet indulgence to sparkling highlights and savoury discoveries, the gourmet boulevard blends tradition, innovation and regional authenticity.

Among the standout exhibitors, Theodor Maass, located near Hamburg, offers "a wide selection of fine teas, spices and sweets, high-quality tableware and practical kitchen tools – ideal for indulgent breaks or thoughtfully curated gift sets.' Meanwhile, Florapharm Pflanzliche Naturprodukte focuses on sustainable pleasure with "responsibly sourced teas that deliver refined taste with integrity.'

Retailers looking to combine taste with design can look to Die Kollektur, which 'offers the perfect solution: fine delicacies, thoughtfully designed kitchenware and scented gift ideas for bath and body turn any product range into a world of indulgence.'

The Buddelhelden area, a returning highlight, now finds its home in Hall B1.OG, inviting visitors to 'explore exclusive bottled gift ideas: from refreshing spirits to fruity mocktails and alcohol-free sodas and sparkling moments of happiness.'

Complementing the gourmet boulevard, Hall A1 continues to inspire with creative gifting and stationery products, providing retailers with diverse options to elevate their assortments.

The next edition of Nordstil Winter will take place from 10 to 12 January 2026.
