TrendSet Summer 2025: presenting the latest trends in Interiors & Lifestyle

TrendSet Summer 2025, the 125th edition of the International Trade Fair for Interiors, Inspiration and Lifestyle, returns to Munich from 12 to 14 July 2025 at Messe München, set to ignite the industry with the latest trends, product innovations, and design impulses for Autumn/Winter 2025 and Christmas 2025.

Positioned as the first major industry event in the second half of the year, TrendSet serves as a premier ordering platform, trend showcase, and networking hub. The fair is expected to bring together nearly 1,700 brands and collections from approximately 40 countries, welcoming trade visitors from across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and e-commerce sectors.

"Inspirations. Impulses. Innovations." – the event's motto reflects its broad scope and timely relevance. The summer edition offers a comprehensive presentation of interiors and lifestyle novelties, along with valuable insights into upcoming consumer preferences.

For three days, six halls (A4–A6 and B4–B6) at Messe München will host a variety of curated segments:

  • Live & Give (A5, A6, B4, B6)
  • Decorate & Create (A4, B4)
  • Cook & Eat and Work & Play (B5)
  • TrendSet Newcomer, Bijoutex, and Fine Arts (B6)

The Topseller Area, located at the West Entrance, gives prominent visibility to exhibitors' most successful products, allowing visitors to spot highlights and gather inspiration immediately upon arrival.

Additionally, the TRENDSET365 CHRISTMAS online area offers a pre-fair glimpse of new holiday ranges. 'Trade visitors can gather inspiration from the Christmas ranges in advance so as to prepare even better for their visit,' the organisers said. A wishlist function and interactive hall plan aid in personalising fair visits.

TrendSet also sets the tone for upcoming seasonal aesthetics. The preview for Autumn/Winter 2025/26 centres on cheerful creativity and natural modernism, enhanced by nostalgic and futuristic elements. 'Sustainable designs look to a better future and show both individuality and diversity. Historical subjects and folkloric patterns in a modern reboot give a sense of continuity and home,' the event states. Design themes will include soft textures, rounded shapes, and playful surfaces aimed at creating a comforting atmosphere.

Due to internal maintenance work at Messe München, the fair will be slightly relocated to the rear exhibition halls this year. Easy access is maintained via the West Entrance, near the U2 "Messe West" underground station and adjacent parking facilities.
