Leading Czech lighting brand BROKIS unveiled two captivating new lighting collections — Under Pressure and Comet — at EUROLUCE 2025, showcasing its commitment to innovation in design, artisanal glasswork, and atmospheric lighting.
The Under Pressure collection, a collaboration between acclaimed designers Boris Klimek and Lenka Damová, draws inspiration from a fleeting yet powerful moment in the glassblowing process — when hot, malleable glass yields to an unseen force and transforms into an elegant form.

This duality is embodied in the collection's visual language, where the organic, tactile nature of glass is juxtaposed with metal elements such as threaded rods and nuts. These contrasting components bring 'a strict geometry and industrial elegance to the delicate glass.'
A key innovation in Under Pressure is BROKIS's debut use of the crackling technique — a method that creates a distinctive cracked appearance in the glass, rendering each piece wholly unique. The collection is available in a variety of sizes, colours, and decors, offering versatility for both residential and commercial settings.
Equally mesmerising, the Comet collection by Simona Sbordone brings a cosmic allure to the BROKIS portfolio.

The subtle layering of glass sand creates a soft diffusion reminiscent of stardust, giving each fixture a unique glow. The collection is available in four colour variants, transparent, smoke grey, smoke brown, and red, and comes in two shapes: the angular Comet Square and the softer Comet Round.
Designed for adaptability, each Comet light features a modern LED source and diffuser capable of both direct and indirect illumination. Integrated fluid dimming technology allows users to tailor the ambience precisely to their needs.
