Rolighed-Humania reported a pre-tax profit of 868,000 DKK for 2024, an improvement on the 661,000 DKK achieved in 2023. Founded in 1967 by cabinetmaker Benny Rolighed, the company specialises in manufacturing furniture and fittings for institutions and currently employs 21 people.

Torben Nørgaard Jensen, who became the first non-family director in 2020 and later a co-owner alongside Rudi Rolighed, has overseen the company's steady growth. A five-year plan introduced in 2021 targeted an annual growth rate of 15 percent until 2025. Production capacity is now being expanded, including the addition of a new CNC machining centre.

The company, located in Herrup near Holstebro, also undertook special projects such as creating podiums for an Astrid Noack exhibition at Holstebro Kunstmuseum, requiring 300 to 400 production hours. According to Nørgaard Jensen, performance in the first quarter of 2025 has been "really good".

Financial figures reveal a gross profit of 3.7 million DKK for 2024, with an operating profit of 1.1 million DKK. Equity rose to 2.4 million DKK, continuing a trend of financial strengthening despite minor fluctuations in employee numbers.
