The site features modular displays focused on low-intervention renovations and barrier-free conversions, aiming to meet the increasing demand for accessible, age-appropriate bathroom designs.
MHK Group launched its first "Bad & Body" franchise showroom on 24 April 2025, following the concept's unveiling at its Annual General Meeting in Berlin. Numerous industry professionals, local officials, and business representatives attended the event at Kämperstraße 59, including Werl's mayor, Torben Höbrink.
Volker Klodwig, CEO of MHK Group, and Sven Romberg, Head of Business Development for the "Bad & Body" brand, welcomed guests and presented the showroom's concept. Visitors explored the modular systems designed to facilitate fast, minimally invasive bathroom updates.
Volker Klodwig stated: 'With 'Bad & Body' we offer start-ups a turnkey model for self-employment – with strong support, clear processes and in a truly future-oriented market.' Sven Romberg added that the Werl showroom 'serves as a pilot location and model for future franchise operations nationwide.'
Romberg also detailed the franchise offer, which includes comprehensive training, marketing support, showroom equipment, and a vehicle fleet. The event concluded with informal discussions among experts, politicians, and potential entrepreneurs.
