Hypnos Beds recently celebrated its 120th anniversary with a special visit from His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester. The event highlighted the company's long-standing heritage in luxury bed making and its continued commitment to quality craftsmanship.
During the visit, Hypnos CEO James Keen introduced the Duke to members of the team behind the brand's handmade beds. Among those recognised were master upholsterer Martin Atkins, who has nearly 45 years of experience, and Charlotte Rumsey, a rising talent in the customer support team.
The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the skill, care and dedication involved in the creation of Hypnos' products. The Duke observed the detailed processes that go into producing the brand's renowned mattresses and beds, gaining insight into both traditional techniques and the people who uphold them.
Hypnos Beds has built its reputation on craftsmanship and sustainability, supplying both retail and hospitality sectors. The anniversary event and royal visit underscored the company's status as a leading British manufacturer with a proud legacy.
