The family holding of the Vandendriessche family, known for the brands Modulax, Up2date, and Medalounger, proudly announces its expansion into Europe. In response to the group's sustained year-on-year growth, an industrial site in Hungary was recently acquired. This investment marks a significant milestone in the company's international growth strategy.
The location, originally built in 2018, will undergo significant modifications in the coming months to meet the group's specific production requirements. The first deliveries from this new European facility are expected from January 1, 2026.

With this strategic step, the Vandendriessche family aims to:
- Further strengthen collaboration with existing customers;
- Ensure continuity in the European market;
- Geographically spread production capacity to respond flexibly and efficiently to market demand.
In addition to its own brands, the group also continues to offer OEM and ODM production for other brands as an important part of its industrial model. Another spearhead of the new Hungarian production unit will be the development of a luxury production line, intended for export to the Middle East and Asia, where European design still enjoys significant added value. Certain collections will be produced simultaneously in both Europe and China, significantly enhancing delivery reliability and operational flexibility.
In Asia, the group simultaneously continues its expansion. The existing presence of Up2date Medalounger China Ltd. is further expanded to also support growth in both the Asian region and the United Kingdom (UK). The new entity, Modulax Europe, will be a 100% subsidiary of the family holding, just like the Chinese production unit.
