Six Cuisines AvivA stores have been named among the "Best Businesses in France 2025-2026", based on millions of Google Maps reviews analysed over a two-year period. The recognition comes from WizVille, a customer satisfaction management platform, which uses its proprietary "WizVille Local Insight" technology to assess real customer feedback, without jury input or internal surveys.
The award celebrates local excellence and highlights individual store performance in the "kitchen designers" category. The Cuisines AvivA Lunel store (Hérault) received the gold medal for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction between 1 May 2022 and 30 April 2024.
Four stores were awarded silver medals: Mayenne (Mayenne), Manosque Mistral (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), Roanne/Parigny (Loire), and Agen/Boé (Lot-et-Garonne). The Aubagne store (Bouches-du-Rhône) was recognised with a bronze medal.
Franchisees Baroudi Abderrahmane and Olivier Declerck of the Lunel store stated that the award 'honours the efforts made by our store team, by the delivery drivers and the installers' and reflects 'our desire to give complete satisfaction to our customers'.
Sébastien Sabinen, franchisee of the Manosque Mistral store, echoed the sentiment, noting the award is a result of 'collective work and a constant commitment to providing our customers with complete satisfaction', adding that the team supports clients 'with transparency and attentiveness'.
Cuisines AvivA operates 118 stores and recorded €149 million in revenue in 2024. The awards underscore the brand's strong focus on customer experience at a local level, as recognised directly by those who shop there.
