As part of Fuorisalone 2025, editor and creative director Nick Vinson unveiled a curated showcase of Giobagnara collections, thoughtfully paired with rare art and design pieces from the private archive of Giorgio Bagnara.
Staged at Via della Spiga 33 in a 220-square-metre space designed by Belgian architect Glenn Sestig, the installation featured Giobagnara furniture by Stéphane Parmentier, Francesco Balzano, and Glenn Sestig, developed in exclusive colours and finishes for the occasion. Each piece was placed in carefully composed vignettes alongside hand-picked design objects from the Giobagnara collection and significant 20th-century artworks.
Renowned for his curatorial sensibility in Wallpaper and interior design projects, Vinson created 14 distinct scenes throughout the space, using only pieces sourced from Giobagnara's world. Among the featured artworks were paintings by Agostino Bonalumi, Mario Schifano, and Turi Simeti; sculptures and ceramics by Pablo Atchugarry; as well as works by Igor Mitoraj, César Baldaccini, Robert Lienhard, Bernard Aubertin, and Salvatore Messina.
