Dutch design brand Polspotten has announced a change at the top of the company. After more than four years of service, CEO Victor van Nieuwenhuizen is leaving the company. He will be succeeded by Juliette van der Eerden, who previously held the role of CFO/COO.
Polspotten, founded in 1986, is known for its bold and worldly design objects, ranging from furniture to home accessories. The brand operates internationally and is sold through renowned retailers such as De Bijenkorf, Selfridges and Farfetch.
As CFO/COO, Van der Eerden(pictured right) played a crucial role in the recent collaboration with logistics service provider FIEGE. This collaboration, started in July 2023, aims to make Polspotten's logistics processes more sustainable and optimised. FIEGE has since been managing all inbound, storage and outbound activities from their BREEAM-certified centre in Westzaan.
With the appointment of Van der Eerden as CEO, Polspotten is committed to continuity and further growth. Her experience and involvement in strategic projects position her as a suitable leader for the company's future.
