In the interim, temporary leadership has been assigned: Roman Rondarev, former production manager, will manage Klaipėdos Baldai, and Ramūnas Tūtoraitis, the technical director, will oversee Šilutės Baldai.
Radzevičė highlighted that a team of 30 professionals from Lithuania will contribute to the U.S. project, offering excellent opportunities for internal career advancement and inviting external talent to join SBA's ambitious team.
