The recruitment process will begin on October 9, with successful applicants expected to join the company by mid-November. Operations Director Sacha Berendji emphasised the importance of store colleagues in enhancing the M&S Christmas experience, highlighting that many staff began their careers during the holiday season and progressed into management roles afterward.
M&S is offering a variety of roles and flexible working patterns, encouraging those interested in contributing to a special Christmas experience to apply via the company's careers website. This initiative reflects M&S's commitment to providing excellent customer service during the busy festive period, ensuring that they are well-equipped to meet the needs of their shoppers.
