The GRAM (Groupement pour l'Aménagement de la Maison) recently announced the acquisition of a Nantes-based start-up which has now become a subsidiary of the group.
The start-up, River Home, is a digital platform that connects consumers with interior designers, and also serves as a consultant for large professional accounts on 'contract' projects and as a product line publisher.
Charlotte Baulat, the founder of River Home, has been appointed to lead this new GRAM subsidiary.
