Just four months after appointing a dedicated CEO for Bed Bath & Beyond, Beyond Inc. is reorganising its corporate structure.
The company has announced several key changes:|
- The co-chief executive roles have been eliminated.
- The dual chief merchant roles have been abolished.
- The role of executive chairman Marcus Lemonis has been expanded.

At the same time, Chandra Holt, a former Walmart executive who became CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond in February, has departed from the company.
Dave Nielsen has been appointed as President, overseeing marketing, merchandising, and supply chain functions for Beyond Inc., which includes brands like Overstock, Bed Bath & Beyond, Zulily, and other online retail entities.
The announcement did not detail the additional responsibilities Lemonis will assume but noted that he will continue in his increasingly active role as executive chairman.
