Groupe SEB and WMF join forces and estabilsh Groupe SEB WMF Consumer

Groupe SEB and WMF have jointly established Groupe SEB WMF Consumer GmbH, aiming to strategically position their consumer brands for a successful future in the DACH region. Under the leadership of Emmanuel Serot Almeras, General Manager DACH, the new entity consolidates key activities of their renowned household brands to leverage synergies in marketing and sales and drive continuous growth.

With a diverse product portfolio, the organisation aims to better meet consumer needs. The strategic alliance not only seeks to enhance service and efficiency, but also to strengthen partnerships with trade channels. The international management team is united in their vision to consolidate and expand their market presence in cookware and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) sectors under the motto 'One Roof'.

The mission of Groupe SEB WMF Consumer GmbH is to enhance consumers' daily lives and contribute to global well-being, aligning brands such as Emsa, Krups, Moulinex, Rowenta, Tefal, Silit, Kaiser, and WMF towards this goal.

Over the next three years, the overarching objective is to increase market share, particularly in cookware and SDA sectors, solidifying their leadership position.

Groupe SEB WMF Consumer GmbH is already the second-largest region for Groupe SEB globally, with significant success driven by its cookware division. The newly integrated consumer umbrella now unites 1,680 employees and 160 retail stores across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
