BREEAM rigorously evaluates 49 different requirements distributed across ten categories
BREEAM is an international certificate that rigorously evaluates up to 49 criteria distributed in ten categories. This methodology, considered one of the most stringent and regarded as a global standard for sustainable construction, has been consolidated in 93 countries. It not only recognizes the building's efficiency in terms of energy and resources, but also assesses its positive impact on the biodiversity of the natural environment in which it is located.
This certification is aligned with Andreu World's fundamental principles and philosophy.
In parallel with its commitment to a more sustainable future, the company launched the Circular Design Challenge in early 2024, a challenge aimed at the habitat industry. This global challenge, which shares some of the values promoted by BREEAM certification, urges the industry to adopt sustainable practices in all processes, from the manufacture to the distribution of each product.
