Just a few weeks after announcing its new branch in Ede (The Netherlands), TICA today reveals that it has completed the full acquisition of the Brussels International Cash & Carry Center (BICCC). This move with an overseas branch marks a significant milestone in the company's ambitious growth strategy.

Located in the Brussels International Trade Mart, the BICCC spans over 10,000m², featuring home, gift, garden, and fashion items, and was opened in March 2021. "Our focus is on service, inspiration, and distinctive offerings, and this acquisition enables us to better serve our TICA members and exhibitors as a purchasing partner," says Rogier Uivel (Director of TICA). Moreover, thanks to its strategic location in Brussels and central point within Europe, this TICA branch is seen as a springboard for further international growth. With this recent acquisition, TICA (part of PW Markets) now has five large-scale branches within the business interior and lifestyle industry.

From numerous discussions and studies, it was clear that the acquisition of the BICCC by TICA offers various advantages and opportunities for professionals on both the demand and supply sides. Now that the acquisition is complete, TICA will immediately take over all operational matters. The coming period will involve intensive collaboration with the current management team of the Brussels International Trade Mart to ensure a seamless transition for all stakeholders.
