The bankruptcy proceedings of W. Schillig have now been lifted. Based on the insolvency plan accepted by the creditors in January and with the fulfilment of the insolvency-related payment obligations, the upholstered furniture manufacturer has met the conditions for the termination of the insolvency proceedings. Accordingly, the termination of the proceedings was decided by the insolvency court as of May 31st.
