Steve Carson, the CEO of ScS, is stepping down from his role following the company's nearly £100 million acquisition last year. Carson will leave the furniture retailer this summer, after overseeing its exit from the London Stock Exchange when it was acquired by the Italian furniture company Poltronesofà in October.
Carson joined ScS in 2020 after serving nearly three years as managing director at Holland & Barrett. The group has announced that Carson will ensure a 'smooth transition' before his departure in July.
