Gervasoni to showcase Italian excellence in the heart of New York

Gervasoni lands in New York, in the heart of Manhattan, marking an important milestone in its corporate history. Situated in an enviable location on Lexington Avenue and East 32nd Street, Gervasoni's new showroom officially opened its doors on May 19, 2024, ready to become a landmark for design and furniture enthusiasts worldwide.

The showroom, occupying a dedicated space on the second floor of the same building as Davide Groppi's Spazio Esperienze and Meridiani's showroom, represents a unique meeting place. These brands, like Gervasoni, are all part of the Dexelance Group, which has successfully spearheaded the company's exciting expansion to New York.

With a distinctive footprint in the design industry, Gervasoni offers a refined experience for design lovers. The exhibition space is cleverly divided into two distinct areas: one dedicated to outdoor collections, while the other presents indoor bestsellers. This allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the versatility and style of Gervasoni's furnishing solutions, which find expression in the harmonious balances between natural elements, refined artifacts, and serial production.

In the first room, the company's indoor proposals combine iconic pieces and the latest novelties. The Samet sofa by Federica Biasi, a modular sofa inspired by oriental aesthetics, creates configurations that are unique and personal. Paola Navone's Loll collection, featuring a sofa, an armchair, and ottoman, emphasizes comfort and softness. Finally, Paola Navone's Ghost sofa, the company's flagship for 20 years, features an oversized housse and cut-and-sew stitching that follows the essential geometries and soft lines of the entire collection.

The space is decorated with Federico Peri's Daen sideboard, a storage furniture proposal coexisting with different materials. Finally, the indoor area is completed by David Lopez Quincoces' Heiko material tables and Paola Navone's Brass lamps.

For the outdoor area, yesterday's and today's furnishings coexist. A dedicated area showcases the Kasane collection by Japanese Studio Nendo, featuring a table and pouf covered with outdoor-treated clay in Terracotta color, offering a natural appeal. Brise chairs by Federica Biasi, defined by a seat and back in Wood Evolution laser-carved to create a pattern reminiscent of Vienna Straw, complement the dining area.

Two outdoor upholstery areas are presented, featuring the modular Flair sofa by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti and Paola Navone's iconic Ghost collection in an outdoor version. Milgres tables from Chiara Andreatti's Guna and Federica Biasi's Brise collections, along with complements from Paola Navone's Inout collection, decorate the space.

Gervasoni's new showroom in New York represents an important milestone in the company's growth and consolidation in the international market, offering customers an unparalleled design experience and confirming its role as a leader in the high-quality furniture sector.
