Polimex
Polimex padding, developed and patented by Superevo, ensures unprecedented lightness, speed, versatility, and environmental sustainability for high-end and design upholstered products. This material, derived from renewable sources, features a low environmental impact during the production process.
Key characteristics of Polimex include up to a 70% reduction in weight, ensuring greater handling ease for both the manufacturer and the end user. Utopia leather
Utopia leather features extraordinary sheen and texture, resulting from the ecological tanning process Avotan. This process uses olive vegetation water as a natural re-tanning agent, creating metal- and chrome-free leather that is 94% biodegradable, with a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. With use, Utopia develops a sophisticated film, giving the product timeless elegance and a high sense of exclusivity, perfectly in line with Molteni&C's distinctive style.
In addition to clear environmental benefits, such as a 40% reduction in COD in wastewater and a 30% energy saving in the tanning and purification process, Utopia leather is characterized by its structure and extraordinary luster, achieved through the use of natural waxes and impeccable hot ironing techniques.
