Price cuts to benefit Maisons du Monde consumers

Due to the current economic context, the home decor specialist Maisons du Monde has lowered the prices of 2 237 of its products to assist its customers in making purchases more accessible, with an average reduction of 12%. The company currently has around 7-million customers in its customer base.

Remaining true to the brand's values, this measure to preserve purchasing power applies to products that are part of everyone's daily lives, from furniture to lighting, textiles, and tableware. 'Our customers concerns are our priority. In a challenging environment where inflation is a real threat, we want to show them that we are by their side, now more than ever - listening to their needs,' says Guillaume Lesouef, Brand & CSR Offer Director at Maisons du Monde.

He continued: 'We have already implemented three successive price reductions in 2023, and we are committed to once again significantly preserve our customers' purchasing power with further reduction on more than 2 000 everyday-use items.'

He said the company also offered a "Second Chance" range: quality furniture and decorative items with minor defects at discounted prices of up to 60%. This is just another pivotal move by the company in recent months. In 2022, the company launched its Good is Beautiful brand movement to integrate sustainability into its strategy.
