Home InStyle 2024 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre:

'The latest products and trends on display under one roof'

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council will unveil the April Lifestyle Products Fairs, encompassing six creative events covering fashion, lifestyle products, and licensing in late April. With the latest products and trends on display under one roof, Home InStyle, featuring a curated selection of home products from around the world, will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 20 to 23 April 2024.

To stay on top of market trends and offer a more comprehensive sourcing platform, Hong Kong International HomeTextiles and Furnishings Fair will be merged into Home InStyle starting in 2024.

The rebranded business event, that will spark connection and inspiration for design and lifestyle community, aims to enable exhibitors and buyers to explore the latest houseware trends, source smart and unique home designs and products. Gathering over 1,700 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions, it provides an ideal platform for exhibitors to showcase their latest products, while facilitating networking and collaboration among traders.

Overseas Pavilions from Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and Mainland China will bring their regional houseware products to Hong Kong. Ibaraki, Aomori and Yamagata prefecture from Japan will showcase traditional handicrafts such as kiln, pottery and wood lacquer. For Taiwan Pavilion, products which have won CET Best Awards, Golden Pin Design Award and Taiwan Excellence will be showcased. Thailand Pavilion will be mounted by Thai Houseware Trade Association this year.

Design always inspires. The renowned Hall of Elegance will feature sought-after designer collections and brands such as Topchoice (Hong Kong), Ucome, Amercook and AmVegan (Mainland China), Azuda (Taiwan) and more.

The highlighted Cultural & Creative Corner will feature over 50 exhibitors with a focus of engaging international design multipliers and designer brands imbued with design concepts and cultural uniqueness. Trend Setter PANTONE will be engaged as our Colour Partner while the leading art-book publisher TASCHEN will set up a lifestyle library at the area. Overseas Multipliers participations such as Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (Philippine), Organisation for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (Japan) and Industrial Design Development Association (Taiwan) will feature the signature regional houseware designs. Local design forces include The Lanes, The Swinging Sticks and AEfolio altogether to curate a unique journey for our visitors.

During the fair period, an array of events will be conducted to keep visitors abreast of the latest market information and foster connections between exhibitors and buyers. There will be seminars hosted by industry experts, who will share insights on key areas crucial to the sector's development, such as sustainability, creative thinking and the silver economy. Furthermore, the Fair will feature interactive demonstration sessions, where exhibitors will showcase their latest products, allowing visitors to have a first-hand experience. By serving as a one-stop sourcing platform, the Fair will offer exceptional business opportunities and cater to the needs of buyers for a diverse selection of household items.

What is EXHIBITION+?
The Fair will continue to adopt the EXHIBITION+ hybrid model. EXHIBITION+ comprises four key exhibition elements, including HKTDC-organised physical fairs, the smart business-matching platform Click2Match, online-to-offline seminars under the Intelligence Hub, and the hktdc.com Sourcing platform, to provide round-the-clock services that boost the flexibility and effectiveness of business promotion for SMEs and offer benefits such as extended fair periods, expanded platforms and enhanced opportunities. EXHIBITION+ extends face-to-face interactions from physical exhibitions to an online smart business-matching platform to help enterprises connect with business partners proactively.
