Westwing concluded 2023 with a strong fourth quarter, delivering on its promises: achieving a positive adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year and returning to revenue growth by the end of the year. In the fourth quarter of 2023, Westwing saw profitable growth with a revenue of 131 million euros, a 2 percent increase compared to the previous year (Q4 2022: 128 million euros), and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 4.5 percent (6 million euros). The gross merchandise volume (GMV) of the group increased by 4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the previous year. This growth was driven by a 4 percent increase in average GMV per active customer compared to the previous year. Additionally, Westwing was able to slightly increase the number of active customers for the second consecutive time to 1.3 million compared to the previous quarter.
