Despite a challenging market environment over the past two years, Dr. Joyce Gesing has laid the groundwork for a new phase of growth and internationalisation, and will be leaving the company by her own request on June 30, 2024. To further sustain the development towards an internationally recognized consumer brand, Gerhard Sturm will assume the role of CEO and spokesperson of the management board of the company from July 1, 2024. Sturm brings 30 years of experience in international sales and in building global premium brands at companies such as L'Oréal, Sony, and Grohe.

The current Co-CEO, Dr. Joyce Gesing, had the mandate over the past two years to drive the company's transformation forward. Despite a challenging market environment, she managed to create the conditions for a new phase of growth and internationalisation. Dr. Gesing will be leaving the company by her own request on June 30, 2024, to pursue a new professional challenge.
