Celebrating a remarkable 100 years of operation: the German family business, Möbel Fischer, marked this significant milestone at its Herzogenaurach branch.
Back in 1924, Michael Fischer and his wife Julie established a craft workshop at Reytherstraße 14 in Herzogenaurach, laying the foundation for what is now Möbel Fischer. Fast forward to 2024, exactly a century later, the company stands strong in its fourth generation, now under the leadership of great-granddaughter Franziska Fischer. Alongside its headquarters and central warehouse in Herzogenaurach, the family enterprise also runs a branch in the Upper Franconian town of Forchheim.

Marking a century of success - Möbel Fischer hosted a grand celebration at its Herzogenaurach main branch to honour this special occasion, a moment of immense pride for both management and the approximately 70-strong workforce. The event drew around 120 guests, including representatives from politics, business, industry, and media.
The Möbel Fischer creative team had meticulously curated several informational displays. Visitors were treated to a chronological journey through Möbel Fischer's history, spanning from 1924 to the present, showcased on a 4.60 x 2.45-meter installation. Another exhibit spotlighted recent projects illustrating Möbel Fischer's progressive journey towards sustainability and digitalisation.
