Celebrating its 23rd year of operation, Cuisines AvivA, a prominent kitchen retail brand in France, is gearing up for an ambitious year ahead. With 117 stores across France and a remarkable track record of 14 new store openings last year, including its inaugural venture overseas, the company is set to make its presence felt at the upcoming "Franchise Expo Paris" from March 16th to 18th. But that's not all – its leadership has announced a robust strategy for 2024 to propel the brand's aspirations even further.

According to the brand's management, 2023 witnessed promising results amidst a year characterised by the continued pursuit of its conquest strategy. Furthermore, the brand continues its growth trajectory and store expansion, all while remaining attentive to market dynamics and developing concrete solutions tailored to consumer needs.
With its current 117 stores in France, the company reported a 2023 turnover of €144 million, with an average turnover per store of €1.9 million. Other notable figures for 2023, include the sale of over 20,000 kitchens, a workforce of over 600 employees, more than 50,000 in-store visits, and an average kitchen price of €6,500 (excluding taxes, installation, and delivery).
Regarding territorial expansion, Cuisines AvivA recorded 14 store openings in 2023 (compared to 12 in 2022), including its first outpost overseas: Tarbes (65), Manosque (04, pictured below), Blois (41), Lunel (34), Marseille (13), Vannes (56), Brignais (69), Orange (26), Sens (89), Limoges (87), Martinique (97), Lozanne (69), Ambérieu-en-Bugey (01), and Aubenas (07).
In 2024, aiming to advance the brand's ambitions (which still include reaching 150 stores by 2025), the network's leaders have opted for "a strong strategy," comprising the following five components:
1. Offering the "widest product range in the specialist market."
2. Expanding "customer financing options."
3. Strengthening "sales team training for enhanced store performance, through a certification program provided by our Qualiopi training center."
4. Implementing "enhanced national communication to attract new consumers and real estate partners"
5. Providing consumers with an "optimised customer experience," central to the sales method itself, which is based on "transparency and collaborative project development."
