In a letter to all trade partners, curator Rauschenbusch and director Bialowons emphasize that the business operations of Nolte Möbel GmbH & Co. KG will continue without interruption.
"We have developed a business plan that allows us to continue our business operations unabated. Production is ongoing and deliveries are taking place as usual. This ensures that you receive the goods you have ordered. In our current situation, every order from you helps us. Therefore, we would like to ask you to continue your sales," says Steffen Rauschenbusch and Oliver Bialowons.
On February 1, Wonen360 reported that Nolte Möbel GmbH & Co. KG had applied for insolvency proceedings, with lawyer Steffen Rauschenbusch appointed as curator. After analyzing product relevance and dialogues with customers, a restructuring concept was implemented to continue business operations. The company asked for customer support to ensure long-term survival and held promising discussions with an investor.
