The national French collective agreement for architectural firms (IDCC 2332) has reached a consensus on salary matters. This agreement, dated December 18, 2023, establishes the salary point value in the Upper Normandy region based on the legally effective full-time working hours, set at 35 hours per week (refer to Article L 3121-27 of the Labour Code). Signed by the Architecture Union, UNSFA, SYNATPAU CFDT, and Syndicat CFE CGC BTP, it becomes effective on the first day of the month following the renewal date.
