Revenue, particularly among pure invoicing clients at EK HOME, failed to meet expectations. Nevertheless, the owner-managed specialty store exhibited a relatively stable performance. Despite the revenue decline, the EK board expressed optimism regarding the expected annual results. Through the consistent optimisation of internal processes and structures, a positive outcome is anticipated for 2023.
Until January 19, the gates of the EK exhibition halls will open for the first major trade fair of 2024. At the hybrid EK LIVE event in Bielefeld, the company, along with its industry and service sector partners, will showcase how to create enjoyable shopping worlds for both consumers and retailers. The company will present its full range of services on approximately 35,000 square meters, featuring new products and trends in households. Another focus of the fair is on digital services: EK offers trade partners online marketing packages for targeted customer outreach, including Google Ads, social media activities and opens marketplaces.
