Infore Group acquires majority stake in Kuka Home in $1.4 billion deal

Infore Group, an investment firm guided by He Jianfeng, the son of Midea Group's founder He Xiangjian, acquired 29.42% of Kuka Group's shares, establishing a strong foothold within the company.
